Market analysts suggest that this positive trend is an extension of the market's response from last Friday. This response was primarily in reaction to the recent decision by the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) regarding a specific Grayscale proposal.

Sources familiar with the developments have revealed that the SEC has opted not to contest a court's decision that favored Grayscale's proposal. This proposal aimed to convert its well-received bitcoin trust into an exchange-traded fund, which many believe would be more advantageous for investors. If this transition receives approval, it would mark the introduction of a Bitcoin ETF in the American financial landscape.

Market traders believe that such a move would enhance the attractiveness of the Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (GBTC), making it an even more appealing investment opportunity as an ETF.
